Naz Jabbariazar

"When we learn a language as children, we learn it with ease and exactness. The only language we possess perfectly is the one we call our mother tongue and which we acquired as children."

— Maria Montessori

Hello, my name is Farahnaz Jabbariazar, but you can call me Naz. I am from north of Iran, Azerbaijan. I have been living in Colorado for over fifteen years now. My mother tongue is Turkish and I am also fluent in Farsi. I have a 16-year old son, named Nima. I love knitting, camping and spending my free time in nature with my husband, my son and my family friends.

I received my Montessori certificate from the Montessori Center of the Rockies in Boulder. I also have a Bachelor of Art degree and a Master of Educational Psychology. I completed the Colorado Early Childhood Director Qualification as well.

I have been working with preschool students for 30 years. I truly enjoy working with children. It is so rewarding to watch children learning through their own experiences and interests.

I am happy to be a part of Autana Montessori. At Autana, children and adults are treated with the utmost respect and the environment is beautiful and aligns with the Montessori philosophy.
