Ages 1.5 – 3
Children at this stage of development are usually comfortably walking. Groups are small, approximately 10 to 14 children and two trained Montessori guides.

We nurture independence
Our safe, nurturing, home-like environment is meticulously designed to meet the developmental needs of this age group. Materials are beautifully crafted and toddlers have the opportunity to explore the world around them with inspiring opportunity to safely discover themselves and the world they live in. In this stage of development teachers focus on some distinct areas: independence, order, movement and guidance.
Toddlers
Movement
Gross & fine motor functions are interwoven through the various areas of the Montessori classroom. For example, movement is a large part of essential self-care routines, such as dressing. Additional equipment Includes stairs and a platform, a movement mat, a push cart, wall bars, and carrying furniture. Fine motor development is explored through materials for hand-eye coordination, such as threading, bead stringing, scooping, pouring, folding, and other practical life exercises.
Independence
By engaging in purposeful and stimulating tasks with real, child-friendly materials - such as pouring, spooning, baking, preparing food, sweeping, caring for plants, dishwashing, clothes washing, hand washing, flower arranging & so on - children enhance their fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination and ability to focus. These activities also help develop crucial life skills, including self-care, environmental responsibility, and manners, setting a solid foundation for independence and self-confidence. Our supportive environment offers a nurturing space where children can participate in these meaningful activities, fostering a strong sense of responsibility & self-esteem from the earliest stages of their development.
Language
Early language development is essential during a child's formative years. Our program offers a rich language environment through structured lessons and purposeful communication practices suited to each child's developmental level. By incorporating engaging activities, storytelling, and interactive discussions, we nurture a love for language while supporting vocabulary growth, communication skills, and early literacy. Our dedicated educators are instrumental in fostering an environment that promotes active listening, and language-rich interactions, thereby building a solid foundation for effective communication.
Order
An established classroom routine helps toddlers develop a sense of order and predictability. Having a special place on the shelves for each material helps them clean up while providing independence. Toddlers are encouraged to take care of their classroom and themselves.
Toilet Learning
Toilet training is a crucial developmental milestone for children. Our Montessori-trained guides collaborate closely with parents and caregivers to assist each child during this transition. By offering tailored guidance and understanding each child's specific needs, our educators create a supportive and nurturing environment for toilet training. We ensure a positive and successful experience that enhances each child's confidence, independence, and sense of achievement.
